Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after payment verification. Once your order has been successfully packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard domestic deliveries within the United States take approximately 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

International Shipping: For our global trading card and puzzle enthusiasts, international orders are typically delivered within 11 to 15 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country's government, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take exceptional care in packaging fragile collector items and thick cardboard boxes, mishandling by transit carriers can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and report the issue to us immediately.
