Refund policy

30-Day Return Window: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TCG Rush. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the exact date your package was delivered.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. This includes unopened trading card booster boxes, sealed card packs, factory-wrapped puzzle boxes, and unused collector accessories. Any item that shows signs of tampering, opening, or wear cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items: Due to the nature of collectible trading card games and random-pull products, opened booster packs, individual single cards, digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a defective product, a misprinted card, or a damaged puzzle set, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or a full refund where applicable.

Return Shipping & Processing: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
